Ricoh partners with Videxio to offer a cloud videoconferencing service branded RICOH Unified Communication System Advanced

Ricoh Europe, London, 29 April 2016 – Videxio, a leading cloud video service provider, today announced that it has signed a global agreement with Ricoh.  

Ricoh will offer the Videxio service as RICOH Unified Communication System Advanced (hereafter “UCS Advanced”). The launch of UCS Advanced initially in Europe is Ricoh’s response to the growing demand from European organisations for easy to use, cost-effective video collaboration solutions. UCS Advanced makes it possible for customers to integrate existing video and audio environments, letting them make the most of their current investments. 

UCS Advanced, powered by Videxio, means organisations no longer have to invest in video infrastructure, but pay a monthly subscription according to use. Intelligent tools make start-up easy and everyone can be online within a couple of minutes. The service supports a range of videoconferencing systems from different manufacturers meaning that users can videoconference on the device of their choice, such as a computer, tablet or smartphone, as well as a range of protocols including browser based videoconferencing and Skype for Business.
