Ricoh to reveal new range of smart controllers for interactive whiteboards at ISE 2018

Evolution in workplace collaboration to offer range of applications for multiple segments and markets
Ricoh Europe, 18 January  2018 – Workplace collaboration and technology specialist Ricoh is set to showcase its most diverse range of Communication Services products and capabilities at the world’s biggest AV tradeshow, ISE (6-9 February at the Amsterdam RAI Exhibition and Convention Centre).

The innovations on show include the extended range of smart controllers compatible with Ricoh’s interactive whiteboards portfolio. 

The new controllers can be configured with a customisable launch bar and a series of applications for multiple customer segments and markets. The controllers also support Microsoft Windows 10.

Compatibility with Ricoh interactive whiteboards provides optimised flexibility by allowing users to conduct further enriched and engaging meetings and briefing sessions. Administrators can easily setup, manage and lock configurations through the launcher application which becomes the main user interface for all the operations.

Throughout the event, Ricoh will highlight the benefits of a digitally empowered workplace while demonstrating how its portfolio enables businesses to ensure efficient and effective collaboration. 

The range of Ricoh technology on show include:

  • Dedicated interactive whiteboard zone with an AI-powered assistant from IBM Watson™
  • Visual Communication Point showcasing an interactive receptionist facility
  • Huddle space demonstrating the possibilities afforded by the Ricoh P3500M Unified Communication System
  • Standard and short-throw projectors being used with the Ricoh D5520 interactive whiteboard showing how users can swipe and project content
  • Solutions from Ricoh partners for digital signage and Condeco™ room booking system 

Hear from the experts
Ricoh representatives can be found at Booth B-176, in Hall 9 in the Smart Building area. In addition to performing product demonstrations they will discuss how streamlining the process of sourcing, delivering, managing and supporting visual communications environments can boost productivity and profitability.

On the first day of the event (14:30-15:00 in the Smart Building Solutions Theatre) a Ricoh Communication Services expert will deliver a presentation with several case studies. The session will explore how Ricoh latest solutions helped customers to improve workplace collaboration and workspace utilisation.
